Book review bloggers bashWell, this is a nice surprise.

Apparently some kind soul has nominated me for the “Best Book Review Blogger” in the 2017 Annual Bloggers Bash.

This is where I confess, I’ve never heard of this “bash”, but it’s lovely to be included, and thanks to the kind-hearted person who put my name forward.

As far as I can tell, the prize is by popular vote. I know most of us are sick to death of voting and electioneering (especially here in the UK with a General Election imminent), but I’d really appreciate it if you could vote for me in this award. I’m certainly up against some stiff competition!

  7. Done. This is the first I’ve heard of this event too – only found out about it through the Book Connectors FB group – lots of the blogs nominated seem to be members of that group…

    1. Oh, that’s interesting. I’m aware of book connectors but not seen the FB page. It’s not a concept I subscribe to (putting authors directly in touch with bloggers) because I think it muddies the waters too much and creates an expectation that can’t always be delivered.
